What you need to know:

1.     Many phone companies (like O2) are now using newer 4G and 5G signals. They are starting to turn off the older 2G and 3G signals.

2.     Before buying, please check: You must find out if your phone company still keeps the 2G and 3G signals running in your area.

3.     How to check: Simply search online for your phone company's name (e.g., "Vodafone 2G 3G status or Asda 2G 3G status etc etc") to make sure your SIM card will work with this phone.
