This is a QT Services front and rear Differential Guard for any Land Rover Discovery 2 from 1999-2004. This is in good shape. No holes or bends. This mounted as it should. This has some surface rust (see pictures) nothing serious.  The front differential guard will need some mounts fabricated to mount it.
