Pioneer PL-12D II Manual Belt-Drive Stereo Turntable

This vintage Pioneer turntable is being sold as-is, for parts or repair. It does have a brand-new belt installed, but it is missing the headshell/cartridge and has cosmetic wear from age.

Condition

Model: Pioneer PL-12D-II (see factory label)

Powers on, platter spins, 33/45 switch works

New belt installed (Dec 2025)

Missing headshell & cartridge

Dust cover is cracked on both sides and has scratches (see photos)

Hinges show rust and wear (lid stays angled up!)

Platter mat (rubber) is present but wavy/warped

Woodgrain base has marks/scuffs

Tonearm moves freely

Power switch, speed selector, and overhang checker all intact

Unit is untested beyond visual inspection and the new belt installation. Because it has missing parts and cosmetic issues, it is being sold for parts, repair, or restoration only.
