Spot welders enable rapid welding of platinum, gold, K-gold, silver, copper, and iron. They deliver precision welding for ring shanks, seed-shaped clasps, and fine wire materials, eliminating the need for flux powder during direct welding.
1. Utilizes plasma high-frequency discharge technology to instantly form a molten pool at the metal joint.
2. Adjusts output power according to wire diameter.
3. Produces welded components with a smooth finish, strong bond, high speed, and exceptional efficiency.

Operating Instructions
Before use, verify the power supply matches the specified voltage. Connect the welding machine's output cables to the corresponding polarity terminals (tighten the nut when connecting the output cable to the output terminal). During operation, clamp the workpiece near the tungsten electrode with the clamp on the black output wire. The distance depends on the workpiece size and shape, typically 0.5-1 mm between the tungsten electrode and the workpiece. After positioning the weld, press the foot switch intermittently. The high-temperature arc generated between the workpiece and tungsten electrode instantly fuses the workpiece. The discharge tip of the tungsten needle must remain sharp before and during use to ensure optimal discharge performance. Adjust the output pulse current to achieve desired results based on workpiece size, weld point dimensions, and process requirements. Turning the potentiometer clockwise (coarse/fine adjustment) increases the output pulse current, while turning it counterclockwise decreases it.
Precautions/
1. If the welder is placed in a damp environment or left unused for extended periods, moisture may accumulate. Should this occur, dry the unit thoroughly before use. Ensure the machine is properly grounded. Exercise caution during operation.
2. Do not keep your foot on the foot switch for prolonged periods. Press briefly and release immediately. Sustained pressure may cause the machine to short-circuit and burn internal circuits.
3. This is a precision instrument. Handle with care.
4. Welding flashes are harmful to the eyes. Always wear appropriate protective eyewear during operation.
5. When pressing the foot switch, avoid simultaneously touching the tungsten electrode or the metal parts of the tweezers, as this may cause a sharp, pricking sensation.
6. Do not disassemble or repair this machine unless you are a qualified professional. High voltage is present inside.
