  1. Easy Removal

    After the printing is completed, wait for the hot bed to cool down to a suitable time for taking off the mold, then try to remove the mold, usually no need of other tools such as shovel.

  2. Excellent Flatness

    Compared with magnetic mat or pei sticker, the glass plate provides the most flat(Flatness error range of 0.1 mm) build surface, ensuring high flatness for the bottom of model.

  3. No Edge Curling

    To solve issue of print edges curling, a composite microporous coating is added to the glass surface, ensuring that the bottom of mold can be firmly attached to the surface of the print platform.

  4. Easy to clean

    Please clean the dust with a soft cloth. Wipe the stains with over 95% strength alcohol or soap water gently.

  5. High Hardness

    Inorganic coating is covered. The hardness can be up to 8 Mohs, the hardness is better than aluminum and copper. It can resistant to 400℃ and use repeatedly without reducing performance.

  6. Simple Installation

    Just need four middle-size clips to fix the Glass Bed on your 3D printer's Heated-Bed and then level the bed before printing. It is also convenient to pick off after printing done.

    Coated side of glass bed must come down to room temperature or a bit higher for releasing mold. Then as the print completed, DO NOT try to remove the model from the glass bed with force.

  • What should I do if the model won't stick to the print bed?

    Please clean and wipe the build plate thoroughly, then do bed leveling on machine. If automatic leveling is unavailable, manually level the bed. After leveling, manually adjust parameters like Z-axis offset based on material adhesion behavior.

  • What should I do if the mold is stuck too tightly and cannot be removed?

    Attempt removal with a scraper or gently heat the bed. If molds remain difficult to remove, rapidly cool the mold's bottom. Utilize the difference in thermal expansion between the glass surface and material fibers to detach the model.
