A clear, single-pack, solvent-based product designed to soak into porous concrete and screeds, binding loose fines to create a durable, dust-free surface. The low-VOC, solvent-free formulation is virtually odourless, making it ideal for garages, warehouses, and workshops where ventilation may be limited.

Used as a primer, one thin coat improves adhesion ready to apply your paint/topcoat and helping to prevent peeling on bare slabs, concrete etc.

Used as a standalone sealer, two coats form a breathable, satin micro-film that resists dusting, tyre marks, and light oil staining, while still allowing vapour to pass through so moisture is not trapped.

Application Instructions:

1. Surface Preparation: Clean thoroughly and remove all dust, debris, oil, or grease. Ensure the surface is fully dry. Power-floated or very smooth concrete must be acid-etched or mechanically ground to open pores.

2. Mixing: Stir thoroughly with a paddle mixer for 2 minutes before use.

3. Primer Use (1 Coat): Apply one thin, even coat at approx. 5 m²/L using a roller, brush, or sprayer. Allow to dry for 2–4 hours before applying a water-based topcoat.

4. Sealer Use (2 Coats): Apply a first coat at ~5 m²/L. Allow to dry for 2-4 hours, then apply a second coat at ~7 m²/L.

5. Curing: Allow 24 hours for vehicle traffic and 7 days for full chemical resistance.

• Apply in a well-ventilated area. Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged skin exposure; wear gloves, eye protection and a respirator if spraying.
