In good/very good condition. Measurement in photo. Minor expected wear(see photos). Found no chips or cracks, maybe some imperfections in finish and a few marks, but nothing readily noticed(see photos, all sides pictured). Smaller ornament bird clip(see measurments in photos). Metal clip shows a little wear(see photo). Found no Maker's Mark. Right now tail seems to be firmly glued to bird but often it will loosen and fall inward and need to be pulled out.
