This warranty applies to all tested, working used parts sold by Partsworth unless otherwise stated.
Warranty Duration:
30 days from the date of delivery.
Covers:
- Mechanical or electrical failure under normal use;
- Defects not caused by improper installation;
- Faults present at the time of sale;
- Replacement or refund if a fault is confirmed.

- Failure of the part through normal, proper use;
- Internal mechanical or electrical defects;
- Incorrect part supplied (must match our CCTV and ID mark);
- One replacement part (if available);
- Refund if replacement is unavailable.
❗ Identification Mark Requirement
All Partsworth parts include a unique ID mark or label.
To prevent fraudulent returns:
- The ID mark must be present and intact;
- Parts with removed/altered markings will be rejected;
- Returned parts must match our CCTV footage at dispatch.
🎥 CCTV Verification
Partsworth operates CCTV recording in the picking and packing area.
Video footage is used to verify:
- The correct item was packed;
- The condition of the part before dispatch;
- Claims of “wrong item” or “missing item”;
If CCTV proves the correct part was sent, the claim will be refused.
❌ What This Warranty Does NOT Cover
- Incorrect installation or fitting;
- Damage caused by misuse or forced removal;
- Labour, diagnostics, coding, or programming costs;
- Wear-and-tear items (pads, belts, fluids, bulbs, filters, etc.);
- Return of a different item than what we shipped;
- Parts sold as “Spares & Repairs”, “Untested”, or “No Warranty”;
- Electrical parts damaged by improper testing.
📦 Return Requirements
To submit a warranty claim, the buyer must:
- Report the fault within 30 days;
- Return the item in the same condition;
- Ensure the Partsworth ID mark is still present;
- Provide order details and description of the issue;
- Allow inspection/testing before refund or replacement.

Partsworth reserves the right to refuse a claim if:
- A different part is returned;
- The item shows forced damage;
- The ID label is missing or altered;
- CCTV contradicts the buyer’s claim;
- The part has been dismantled or modified.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all products sold by Partsworth, including sales made via our website, eBay, SellAVehicle, and direct channels. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Nature of Goods
Partsworth supplies used vehicle parts removed from end-of-life or damaged vehicles.
All parts are inspected and recorded prior to dispatch. Some components may show signs of wear consistent with used condition.
2. Part Identification & Security Marking
To protect against fraudulent returns, all items are marked with a unique Partsworth Identification Mark before dispatch.
- This ID mark must be present and intact on any returned item.
- Items returned without the correct marking will be rejected.
CCTV is in operation in our warehouse and packing areas to verify the condition, identity, and packaging of each part dispatched.
3. Warranty
Parts sold as working include a 30-Day Standard Warranty unless otherwise stated.
Items listed as “Spares & Repairs,” “Untested,” or “No Warranty” are excluded from any warranty.
Warranty covers:
- Mechanical or electrical failure under normal use;
- Faults not caused by improper installation
Warranty does NOT cover:
- Labour costs;
- Diagnostic or programming costs;
- Damage during installation;
- Items that have been modified or tampered with;
- Missing ID marking.
4. Compatibility & Installation
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility before purchase.
Professional installation is strongly recommended, especially for electrical, ECU, engine, and gearbox components.
Partsworth is not liable for:
- Incorrect fitment;
- Incorrect diagnosis;
- Damage during installation.
5. Delivery
All orders are dispatched with tracking and CCTV verification.
If the buyer claims a missing, damaged, or incorrect item, CCTV and scan data will be reviewed. Evidence contradicting the claim will result in refusal.
6. Returns
Returns must follow the Partsworth Returns Policy (see below).
Returned items must be in the same condition and include the Partsworth ID mark.
7. Limitation of Liability
Partsworth is not responsible for:
- Consequential loss;
- Vehicle damage;
- Labour or fitting charges;
- Loss of earnings.
Our responsibility is limited to the value of the item purchased.
8. Legal
These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK consumer law.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
1. Warranty Returns (30 Days)
For items sold with a warranty, buyers have 30 days from the date of delivery to report an issue.
To request a return, you must provide:
- Order ID;
- Description of the fault;
Photos/video (if applicable).
Partsworth may test the item before issuing a refund or replacement.
2. Condition of Returned Items Returned parts must:
- Be in the same condition as sent Include all components supplied;
- Show the Partsworth ID marking intact;
- Not be tampered with or dismantled;
Any returned item missing the ID mark or showing signs of forced damage will be rejected.
3. Incorrect or Missing Items
If the buyer claims they received the wrong part, CCTV footage of the packing process will be reviewed.
If evidence shows the correct part was dispatched, the claim will be refused.
4. Spares & Repairs / No Warranty
Items Items sold as:
- Spares & Repairs;
- Untested;
- No Warranty
are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the wrong item was sent.
5. Return Shipping
The buyer is responsible for:
- Packaging the item securely;
- Ensuring safe transit back to Partsworth;
- Return postage costs (unless we made an error).
Damage caused in transit due to poor packaging is the buyer’s responsibility.
6. Refunds & Processing Time
Refunds or replacements are processed only after inspection.
Refund method will match the original payment method.
7. Fraud Prevention
Partsworth reserves the right to refuse any return where:
- The returned item is not the same as the one sent;
- The ID marking is missing;
- The item has been swapped, altered, or damaged;
- CCTV contradicts the buyer’s claim.
