Installation Steps:

  • 1. Support the motorcycle using a wheel stand or lift.
    2. Remove lower fairings, and exhaust system, and drain the engine oil.
    3. Unscrew the bolts securing the oil pan and removing the oil pan.
    4. Remove the gasket and clean the surface.
    5. Remove the oil strainer, and replace the oil pick-up.
    6. Install the new low-profile oil pan with a gasket.
