Excellent Condition Pikachu # 1 WOTC 1999 Black Star Promo Pokemon Card.  I received these cards back when they were released and they have remained un-played and in protected storage.  Please note there is some slight edge chipping on back of the card as seen in the photo. Card comes in a protective sleeve.
