1. The 22/25/28/32-type bending machine features a detachable bending head. The straightening module can be replaced to straighten rebar. For routine maintenance, add VG hydraulic oil No. 46 or No. 32. Ensure the hydraulic oil is fully filled during operation; otherwise, it may cause a drop in power.
2. Immediately release the start switch after completing rebar bending. Holding the switch continuously may damage pump seals, pistons, and other components. Exercise particular caution during operation.
3. Wear safety goggles during bending operations. Avoid touching the pump housing (especially in summer when it becomes hot). If the temperature exceeds 70°C, power will decrease. Allow the machine to rest and cool down before resuming use. In winter, due to lower temperatures, press the switch continuously for about one minute multiple times during initial use. Once the internal temperature rises, normal operation can resume.
