Buyer return and exchange necessary conditions
Rule A: Unused merchandise in its original packaging.
Rule B: The outer package is not damaged in any way.
How to handle the return?
1: Contact the seller first
2: Send pictures: outer packaging, scanned labels, the item itself and complete accessories, etc.
3: Receive a return label
4: Item delivery - Payment reimbursement
(Returns or exchanges due to the buyer's own reasons will be charged a 15% restocking fee on the original purchase, as well as return shipping or exchange shipping. (Exchanges due to shipping errors will not be charged a restocking or shipping fee.)
Return Priority: No Returns or Exchanges
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer in the event of the following reasons
1: Ordering error
2: Found a better price
3: Change of mind
