Rowland Hill Letter 16 May 1842 about the Remuneration of Post Office Guards

Rowland Hill writes My Dear Sir will you allow me to trouble you with a copy of a letter which I addressed to you some time ago and to request the favour of a reply if you see no objection. My object is to obtain a standard with which to compare the remuneration of the Post Office Guards. Similar information been supplied by the secretary to the Birmingham Railway Company. POSTAGE

Please Remember that ebay charge us about 15% FEES on our Postage Rates.
