the EL84 and may be used in amplifiers designed for

stock is new old stock mostly manufactured in the 1980s

, when quality control was usually to military standards.

These valves are a great budget yet high quality alternative

to EL84 in medium power guitar amplifiers and vintage or

modern hi-fi record player amps.Sound wise they are superb. 

Very strong bass, musical midrange and transparent and delicate highs.
