How to Operate
- Place the Tape: Place the packing strap underneath, lift the handle with your right hand, insert the packing strap, and release the handle.
- Tighten Packing Strap: Press the top silver button to tighten the packing strap. After the tension of the packing, the strap is reached, release the button.
- Bonding: After tightening, press the black welding button and leave your hand immediately, wait for the steel belt to be welded, and cut off the excess strap.
- Package Display: The strapping is completed within 5 seconds. To get rid of the inconvenience of traditional heavy manual strapping tools.
Reminder
- Improper operation, over-tensioning, not using strapping as required, and sharp corners of the load can cause the tightening force to drop, or the strapping to break. Please adjust the tension and welding time from small to large to find the right operation for your strapping.
- If you are using it for the first time, please increase the tightening force clockwise (do not adjust to the maximum). If the packing tape is too thin, try adding a shim under the tightening tooth plate, oradd two pieces. If you have been using it for a while, it is possible that the tape debris is sticking to the tooth plate, please clean the tape debris around the fastening tooth plate. If you can't tighten it after a long period of use, it is likely that the tightening tooth plate is worn and needs to be replaced. If the band is too thin, try replacing the long spring and adding shims under the weld plate.
- Please charge for 90 minutes before the first use. If the LED shows red or does not light up after power is on, the battery is exhausted.
- Please read the manual completely before installation and use, and pay particular attention to the safety instructions included.
- Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and 1-3cm error due to manual measurement, and make sure you do not mind before ordering.
