Vintage Western Cutlery HEAVY DUTY KNIFE model L36 hunting/survival knife made in the US circa 1991-2007; scarce carbon blade type in rare UNUSED condition.
The knife comes with the original leather sheath; it is unused in the original factory plastic bag. I have four (4) identical model L36 knives. I opened one package to take photos; other packages remain unopened. Price liste is for one (1) knife/sheath set.
Each knife is about 10″ / 25.3 cm overall; high-carbon steel blade with rust-preventing black coating is about 5-1/2″ / 14 cm long; original factory edge is razor-sharp; the tip is intact. Solid aluminum pommel and handguard; stacked leather washers and colored fiber spacers handle; all parts are solid with no play. Ricasso is stamped WESTERN / U.S.A. L36 on one side. Original unused leather sheath is included; the leather is still soft and supple.
