This is the Japanese release of Black Sabbath's 1971 third album, "Masters of Reality."
The Japanese title on the label is misspelled as "Masters of Reality."

This appears to be the first Japanese release of this standard.

The spine and all corners of the jacket were bumped and scuffed.

The spine was slightly crumpled, and there was some discoloration at the top and bottom edges.

The top and bottom corners of the right side were slightly bent, and the top left corner of the front was slightly bent.

There were some light creases near the spine on the back, and both the front and back were lightly scuffed, leaving rounded marks on the disc.

There were some light scratches, and some stains and yellowing that appear to be due to aging.

The disc appears to have been used sparingly, with only a few light scratches, and appears to be in good condition.

However, even if there are other causes besides scratches, there may be some static noise typical of vinyl records.
