Can I collect as I live locally?
Sorry No Local Collection, unless stated otherwise in this listing. All items are stored away in secured storage in London.
When will my item be arrive?
Please read and respect the Delivery Estimated Time in the listing for this Item. I will always do my best to get items shipped as fast as I can. Any questions regarding delivery that fall within this windows will be ignored.
Can I have the tracking number of my item?
I use eBay Packlink service, which will automatically give you a tracking number for your item once a shipping label as been created. Please note a create shipping label doesn't mean the item has been shipped so please keep an eye out on your tracking information.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
It is very important that you take pictures of any damage to the item and the box and send them to me. Do not attempt to fix anything. Please keep the box and all packaging because sometime eBay and the courier will want to check the item and box in person, to prevent fraudlent claims.
