The kilt, which falls to the low calf on most ( or ankle on some) seen. It secures with a small hook the two leather buckle straps and gilt metal kilt pin
The lined waistcoat is generous throughout. The cinch at the back draws it in for a more fitted shape. It works wonderfully worn unbuttoned as a separate
