We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Return your undamaged Roborock product to us to receive a full refund.

Warranty(US Only)
12-month warranty for quality-related issue
-For 12 months after the date of purchase, you could send your Roborock vacuum to our repair center based in US if it is faulty. We will fix machine free of charge under warranty.
Friendly reminder: Warranty service only applies to the United States, other regions are not covered by the warranty.
1. All products will be checked carefully and packed in good condition before shipping.
2. Will usually ship within 1-2 business days of receiving cleared payment. Shipping is standard shipping by FedEx, UPS, or USPS. A tracking number will be provided.
3. Before buying, make sure your order address is correct. If you find the address is incorrect and hope to send it to another address, send us a message before the item is dispatched.
4. If there is any shipping problem, please feel free to contact us, we will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible. Customer satisfaction is always what we are striving for.
