They help to minimize the number of times the clean room door is opened, thereby reducing contamination in the clean room to the lowest possible level. The transfer window is equipped with UV lamps, and items are disinfected by ultraviolet irradiation before entering the clean area. On one hand, they act as an airlock to prevent high pressure in higher-grade clean rooms from leaking out. On the other hand, they achieve self-cleaning effects during the transfer process, ensuring the cleanliness of items entering the clean area and reducing cross-contamination brought by objects.
