This vintage Fenton Glass Legacy Bell, #4694 in Emerald, is a stunning piece hand-painted with white and red florals. Signed by the person that hand-painted the design, Tammy Neader along with the date 2004, this bell showcases a ruffled skirt edged in white glass.
Each flower petal is made of finely-ground white, red and yellow glass, making the flowers look "sugared" (textured). It is a beautiful effect! The bell is made from emerald glass and stands 6.25 inches tall, 4.25 inches wide. While it can be used year-round, the white petals with read berries reminds me of winter colors.
The bell is in excellent condition. There are no chips, cracks or wear. The Fenton logo is at the base of the handle (see picture).
