Shipping
We regret that our warehouse is not accessible to the public. As such, we do not offer a pick-up option.

We work with different courier partners to provide reasonable freight costs. The type of courier used is dependent upon size and weight of each item and the delivery location to provide the most efficient delivery and service at a reasonable price. Most orders are shipped out 1-3 business days after payment has been received. You will receive a tracking number after we have processed your order. Please use it to track the delivery status of your order.

Please note that some products may become undeliverable once processing starts. In such cases, we may cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Orders may be delayed if a non-compliant delivery address is provided or during busy periods.


Estimated Delivery Time:
Estimated delivery dates shown on eBay should be treated as estimates only, and are no way guaranteed. Estimated delivery dates are automatically generated by eBay, which we have no control over. Delivery delays can occur outside our control, such as floods, fires, road closures, rail disruptions or courier delays. Please allow an additional 5 business days past the estimated delivery date before contacting us as most orders are delivered within this time frame. The estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

Undeliverable Postcodes
Please note that some remote or regional areas may incur additional shipping fees. If your delivery address is in a remote or regional area, please contact us before placing an order so we can check if an item can be delivered to the postcode. If we cannot deliver to your location, you'll be notified promptly and your order will be automatically cancelled. We apologise for any disappointment caused.

Attempted Delivery, Awaiting Collection and Delivered, are all considered delivery attempts and postage refunds will not be made if these scans are shown.


Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Please read the item description carefully before you place an order or contact us with any questions that you might have as we charge a 20% restocking fee on most items.

Please contact our customer service team immediately (do not open return requests!) so we can resolve the issue while the order is in your possession if:

• You changed your mind and wish to request a return
• Your product was damaged during transit, faulty or missing parts
• You wish to make a warranty claim for any product you have purchased

All returns must be directed through Customer Service on eBay Messages. Please note that you must comply with all returns instructions provided to you. This can include providing us clear photos and a link to a short video that best demonstrates the issue. We will work with you to provide the best resolution. On most occasions, returning an order will not be the best resolution.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition.

Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted.

For defective products, a free return label will be provided. If you return an item due to a change of mind, a 20% re-stocking fee and any postage costs will be deducted from your refund.

If you return an item without providing us sufficient evidence supporting your claims, and our assessments determine the item is in good working condition, we reserve the right to treat this as a Change of Mind return.

If you change your mind about your purchase for reasons such as but not limited to, ordered by mistake, found better price, doesn't fit, etc, and wish to return the item after receiving it, please note that all applicable freight fees will be deducted from your refund and a 20% re-stocking fee will apply. This also applies to orders cancelled while in transit.

If the item has been opened, used, missing original packaging or parts, or wrong item returned, we reserve the right to make further adjustments to the refund in line with eBay's Return Policy.

Buyers are responsible for organising and paying for Change of Mind returns postage. If we have provided you a postage label to assist you in returning, then return postage costs will be deducted from the refund.

Orders are unable to be "dropped off" at our warehouse.

We cannot accept change of mind returns for mattress orders once they have been taken out of the vacuum sealed packaging


Cancelling Orders
Please request an order cancelation by using the "Cancel Order" option via eBay.

Once orders are received by us, your order details are automatically sent to our fulfilment centre for a quick dispatch, it may not always be possible to stop the dispatch of your order.

If we are able to cancel your order before the fulfilment centre has processed your order then we issue you a full refund, otherwise Change of Mind Returns conditions will apply as above.
