Common Problems

A failed water coupling usually presents as a persistent drip. The underlying issue is often a perished washer, which leads to over tightening to compensate. The extra force puts stress on the plastic, causing cross threading or the plastic to crack. Once damaged, further tightening only makes the leak worse! This part is compatible with all ‘Green Ticked’ bestway Lay-Z-Spa and Coleman SaluSpa pump models shown, manufactured from 2007 onwards. Please be aware that minor signs of previous use are to be expected. If you’re unsure whether your pump is compatible; please contact us, our friendly team is always happy to help.

UK - Orders are despatched, free of charge, via Royal Mail 48. Delivery time is usually between 1 - 3 working days from despatch. If you require a faster service, the option to upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery is available at checkout.

WORLDWIDE - Orders are despatched via Royal Mail International Tracked. The cost of this is based on weight and calculated at checkout. Delivery time varies upon destination and customs clearance, but is usually between 5 - 14 working days from despatch. Please be aware that all applicable import duties, taxes and customs charges remain the responsibility of the buyer.

TRACKING - Tracking information is uploaded to your eBay order once despatched.
