(t)      darn good, a brand new with the tag long Full Circle Dress/Skirt, can be worn as both.  I'm saying Size 3XL, but the Tag says size G (adjustable sizing (14-32) ) with these measurements:  Top: 43"in diameter, can be stretched to 60" due to the 11" wide elastic smocking elastic all the way around.  Top-hem 44".  Has a tie at the top can be tied as a halter or just hang down if worn as a skirt, with tassels.  Can not see through the smocking part, but the bottom part is thin, can barely see through when held up to light, 70% recycled silk fabric.  No pockets.  In EXCELLENT new condition.
