Black PlayStation Vita includes a new charging cable. Tested and all functions work properly. Games load without issues. Buttons are firm and responsive. Battery holds charge. There is a deep scratch going across the screen. It’s not incredibly visible while screen is in use. Small other small blemishes. (Please see pictures). Otherwise console is in clean cosmetic condition.
