How to use it?

Wash your hands thoroughly before handling the suppository.
Lie on your side with your knees drawn up towards your chest, or assume a similar position that allows easy access to the rectal area.
Gently remove one suppository from the packaging.
Carefully insert the suppository into the rectum, pointed end first. Do not force it; it should be inserted comfortably.
Remain in position for a short time to allow the suppository to dissolve and take effect.
Wash your hands again after application.

Use one 4g suppository as needed to relieve constipation, or as directed by a healthcare provider.
