You have 15 days to send us your core in good condition(no broken,no burn,no missing parts, no disassembled) you are responsible for shipping cost for the core. The core must be the same part number as the one you are purchasing. Warranty is under manufacturer standards and only cover manufacturer defects. Proof of purchase is required upon return of the components. If the suspected part is found defective it will be credited or replaced at the discretion of Ampro Diesel. This warranty does not apply to the defects caused by not limited to misdiagnosis, incorrect application, improper installation, misuse, collision or negligence, signs of tampering, modification abuse, burnt tips, altered parts or contaminants of any kind. Warranty belongs to the buyer and cannot be transferred. Before installing the product ensure that all the lines components starting from your fuel tank are completely free from contamination or have been replaced for new ones. Bad oil, bad fuel, dirt, rust or water void the warranty. It's the buyer responsibility to ensure correct installation. The seller is not responsible labor costs or installation damages. Any accidental or consequential results not directly related to the product are not covered by the warranty such as improper or incorrect installation, towing, accommodation, fire, accident, injury, testing, diagnosis, consulting, labor, etc. under no circumstances will the seller be liable for any labor charged, travel time or costs incurred in the diagnosis for the defects, removal or re-installation of this product or any other contingent expenses. The seller is not responsible for failures resulting from operator or custom abuse, neglect including operation without adequate coolant or lubricant, warm up, run in or shutdown practices. The seller will not be liable is the buyer or any other person damages the engine, injection, pump, injectors or turbocharger or any other part of the vehicle due to improper installation or handling or any other negligence on the part of the buyer or third parties. Any item must be returned in 14days as long as is in new condition and in original packaging( must be sealed, unopened, undamaged, unused)There is a 40% restocking fee on each returned items, 60% on each opened, used item an 80% on each damaged, broken or disassembled items. No returns are accepted without the prior approval.
