Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items for refund within 14 days from purchase date, buyer pays return shipping.
All returns must be filed no longer than 10 days from purchase date; after that time, we are no longer responsible - no exceptions!
Restocking Fee

Items must be in same condition as you received, meaning unworn unused with tags (if applicable) intact.
Conditions which will void your ability to return merchandise includes: Scratching, Breaking, Wearing items, was sized by any other jeweler or lastly, if the auction explicitly says in the description that the item cannot be returned and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense, and the refund will not be issued.
Additionally,
if an item is returned in a condition other than that which was sent,
the cost of your return label as well as 50% of your purchase will be
withheld.
Once the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the same method used in the purchase.
All returns must be inspected and approved by us before the return is finalized.
