Vintage Elgin 488 7 Jewels USA 14KT Gold Filled Star Case Watch. It has some wears and scratches. The crystal has some small chips. See close pictures. It is a nice shape for that age. The case and strap have been washed and ready to wear. The movement runs and sets time. The service history is unknown, I recommend taking it to professional watch service so I’m selling AS-IS.
