This is a used clear glass with red and white stripe vintage decanter. At the top of the glass when the cork lid comes off there is a foam color smudge around the top. There is also a ring around the bottom of the glass with this same smudge mark. I did close ups of these two areas in the pictures. No chips on the glass.
