This product is a customer return/problem inventory. The vehicle itself is brand new, but preliminary inspection reveals a charging system malfunction, specifically: the battery cannot be charged after inserting the original charger.

Included Accessories: We will ship the original charger (returned by the customer, condition not guaranteed) and all standard accessories with the vehicle.
