Installation & Use Tips

• Confirm your door thickness (35–50 mm) and standard latch cutout.

• First‑time setup:

  1. Touch the keypad to wake → press “1” then “#” → register fingerprint (5 touches).

  2. Wake → press “1” then “#” → enter a 6‑digit PIN → press “#” twice.

• If batteries are low and the lock won’t respond, power via USB‑C and/or use the emergency key.

• To enable always‑open (passage) mode, press the top button for ~3 seconds; repeat (or authenticate) to cancel.

• For a full factory reset, hold the setting button as indicated until the LED blinks and follow prompts.
