The Swift Leveller is a simple-to-install, fully adjustable shed base foundation designed for all garden buildings and timber buildings. It makes it easy for anyone, even with basic DIY skills, to achieve professional results in minutes on soil, grass, gravel, or any soft ground. Built to be heavy-duty and durable, the Swift Leveller system is designed to outlast the lifetime of any building it supports. No ground preparation required, saving you time and money! With a 4000kg weight limit and 50-350mm height range, Swift Leveller XL is perfect for those bigger outdoor projects that just need a little more support, and therefore MUST be concreted into the ground for best results. Can be used in conjunction with other Swift Leveller models.


The Swift Leveller XL consists of these parts:
  • Heavy-duty screw-piles (spikes) that anchor into the soft ground
  • Adjustable bearing plates that spread the weight and can be easily levelled using a standard spanner (not included)

The system is fast, straightforward, and highly effective, allowing you to create a solid, level base for your shed, garden building, timber building in no time, with no need for ground levelling or other preparation.

Swift Leveller systems are available for square and rectangular bases.

In addition to the Swift Leveller system, you’ll need to build a simple supporting frame for your building floor. We recommend using 4″x2″ (approximately 100 mm x 50 mm) pressure-treated timber battens (not included) for an affordable and durable framework. Larger timber battens can also be used if preferred

Warranty/Returns:

1. Customers have 30 days to check their purchases.


2. If a customer is unsatisfied with the products, they must return them within 30 days of the purchase, unused. You may be asked to provide photographical evidence to ensure the product is eligible for a return.


3. After 30 days of the purchase or not fulfilling any of the conditions provided in Clause Two, Swift Leveller/Isaac H Grainger & Son Ltd shall not accept any return, and no money will be refunded.
