HOW TO USE

1. Press the handle and place the belt under the pressure plate and the cutter shell;

2. Loosen the handle, slide the strap into the cutter slot and winch slot and tighten the strap;

3. Push the handle back and forth to fix the packing belt;

4. Until the packing belt is tightened and put on the buckle;

5. Seal the buckle with a sealer;

6. Press the handle to cut the packing strap and remove the tightener.
