I ship all items within 3 business days of your order at the latest. Usually same/next day.

Please message me as soon as possible and clearly describe the problem. I will be happy to work something out with you or offer technical assistance. I want my customers to buy with confidence and feel supported.

Do you accept returns?
No, I do not, unless the item is not as I described it to you. For items I describe as in Used condition, minor wear, scratches, or cosmetic damage that does not affect the item's working condition is to be expected. Please examine the listing images and description carefully. If I made a mistake in describing the condition of the item I sold to you, then you may be eligible for a FREE return if less than 30 days have passed since delivery. Again, please message me with any concerns.

What is your shipping policy?
I ship to the 50 United States only. You pay the cost of shipping. If you buy multiple items from me, I will combine shipping if possible and return the money saved to you as a partial refund.  

Shipping prices are too high. Can you offer free shipping?
Sadly, I cannot. Shipping prices are determined by the government and there is nothing I can do about it. If I offered free shipping, I would have to increase the price of my items to compensate. I prefer to be transparent and show you exactly how much of your money is going towards shipping costs.

Will you accept an offer if I message you?
Feel free to message me with offers. I will consider them if they are reasonable. Also, don't be afraid to make a counter-offer if I send you an offer! You miss 100% of the shots you don't take.
