1.) WE "TAKE THE GUESSWORK" OUT OF THE ITEMS WE LIST UP FOR SALE. We only list items that have been professionally graded, certified and verified by the top grading services in those given items industry. If we list an item for sale which has NOT been professionally graded, we do our absolute best to fairly, accurately represent the item for sale, provide a detailed description of the item, inclusive of denoting any flaws we uncovered upon inspecting the item prior to us purchasing it. This includes uploading numerous photos, with extreme close-ups and/or videos of the item
2.) We "certify" any item we intend to list for sale: 1) With the respective grading service who authenticated the item, ensuring the item is not a fake or a similar card from the same manufacturer, player, etc. and "falsely slabbed", reusing the same certification number 2) We utilize advanced AI technology, 100+ years of collectibles knowledge to validate, prior to us purchasing an item we intend to sell, it is the exact same item that was authenticated by the grading authority for the certification number assigned to the item. This also applies to items not slabbed but professionally authenticated (Ex: Autographed jersey of a professional athlete containing a QR code affixed to the jersey allowing a buyer to verify the authenticity of autograph on the item)
3.) We know eBay has their own policy and requires certain merchandise to go through PSA again for verification purposes. Our team has over 100+ years of experience in the categories of collectibles we buy, sell and exchange. We don't buy, sell, or exchange fraudulent merchandise. We utilize our industry knowledge, leading edge AI tools and work with the grading service providers to prevent ourselves from potentially buying fraudulent or "re-produced" merchandise.
4.) Our goal is to eliminate concerns from our customers as they are the "life blood" of our business. Keeping our customers satisfied, confident the items they purchase are valid, accurately represented and most importantly, preventing them from potentially purchasing fraudulent merchandise for the collectibles we sell, IS OUR "Mission Statement"
5.) Before buying or submitting a "Best Offer" on an item, especially on a professionally graded item we have listed, please contact us first with any questions you might have. We are more than willing to work with you and respond to your questions and provide whatever feedback you require before you proceed with a potential purchase
OUR GOAL: Prevent our customers from filing a case with eBay where it's clearly stated in our listing, we will not accept returns or refunds on professionally authenticated, graded, certified merchandise as we only work with and sell merchandise from the top authorities in the industries we buy, sell and exchange in. We can't accept liability for the final decision, grade, label description, etc. these independent grading services assign and then store in their online databases for items we either submit to them or customers we have purchased items from which are professionally authenticated. Each of these services have their own processes when it comes to submissions, evaluating, authenticating, carefully assessing condition, their grading standards and scale and ultimately, assigning a grade to an item. If you have a concern with something you purchased from us or we have up for sale, the best step is to contact us before purchasing the item. If you have already purchased an item, working directly with that grading service provider for any concerns you, post-purchase, about the item purchased is the only remedy. We have no control, influence or direct ability to influence any of these grading services once they have authenticated and/or assigned a grade to an item.
