>Offered here for your consideration is an old & original 1920's-1930's NOTRE DAME FIGHTING IRISH football pin!! Please see all five photos, as they are an important part of my description. This vintage football pin (pinback, button) measures approximately 2 3/4" by 1 3/4". Attached to this Notre Dame pinback are two satin ribbons. The melon football-shaped pinback features huge "N" and "D" letters and features a period football player graphic. The pin's maker was the Greenduck Company (Chicago, Illinois), which is identified on the pin's reverse. The University of Notre Dame is located in South Bend, Indiana. I estimate the pin to be circa 1920's or 1930's, based on the button's styling.

<>Condition: in very *Fine Shape* overall, showing a minimum of age/handling wear...nice!!! The celluloid pin's front is in great shape! The ribbons are still firmly attached and in nice shape. The pin's reverse exhibits minor surface tarnish (see pics).
