When the wake up alarm goes off, the light will turn GREEN to signal it's time to get up.

You can also set a wake up alarm with green light but NO SOUND (visual wake up light only) - When you set the wake up alarm, just turn the volume down to zero. At the alarm time, the green light will come on and there will be no sound.

BEDTIME RED LIGHT

The Red glow of the bedtime light lets your child know that it is time to sleep.

The bedtime light will dim automatically at night, you don't worry about it being overly bright. And light will stay on all night until the wake up alarm goes off.
