This tape is one of the earliest official retail issues from Dope House, manufactured and distributed in Houston, Texas (2122 Center St. address).
Includes iconic tracks such as “Streets on Beats,” “Riddla on da Roof,” “Ghetto Prisoner,” and “Mary-Go-Round”, alongside several remix versions that defined SPM’s underground success across the South.
The cassette features the black-shell “COY ENT. / Dope House 1997” text printed directly on body with white ink, and the gold Dope House Records logo sticker on spine — both identifiers of early distribution runs sold in local Houston stores before national exposure.
