Instructions for Use
Gasket installation
Place the green surface of the gasket on top of the sensor, at the center of the sensor sensing area, and then apply the tested object vertically onto the gasket, so that the effective contact and force between the sensor and the tested object are all applied within the sensor sensing area.
Precautions for installing and using sensors
1. Try to choose a stable, smooth, and flat installation surface as much as possible; When your installation surface is curved, it will inevitably bend when installing the sensor, which will put force on the sensing area of the sensor and affect its accuracy to a certain extent. Therefore, it is important to avoid installing the effective surface of the sensor on curved surfaces with large curvature (note: circular effective surfaces cannot bend, while long tail parts can bend);
2. It is recommended to use flexible pads with relatively stable elasticity between the sensor and the object being measured to ensure effective contact between the sensor and the object being measured;
3. Keep the contact surface of the sensing area clean;
4. The force should not exceed its rated range;
5. Try not to solder it directly to a universal board or circuit board without a specific package belonging to it, in order to avoid deformation of the tail due to heat and poor contact. The sensor metal terminals can be connected to the wires using rapid welding;
