No minimum expenditure requirement exists, and all UK delivery addresses qualify for FREE Royal Mail Tracked delivery. Orders above £15.00 will be dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery.

Prompt Dispatch: Orders placed by 9:00 a.m. on Saturday and 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday will be shipped that same day.

Royal Mail 48 Tracked Post: For fast delivery usually in 2-3 days.  If something is lost in transit, you can get a replacement or a complete refund within a week of the scheduled delivery date.

Immediate Need: For a slight upcharge, select "Royal Mail 24 Tracked Delivery" for expedited shipping. Fast shipping will deliver your items throughout the UK in 1-2 working days.

European Union: Same day dispatch via Royal Mail International Standard Post which takes 3-7 working days.

Rest of the World: Royal Mail International Standard Post. Deliveries to the rest of the world may take up to 7-14 working days.

International Deliveries: Occasionally, it may take longer due to the postal service systems in the individual nations. The seller cannot be held responsible for such events beyond our control.

International Tracked and Signed: This option is available for an additional charge, and you can monitor the progress of the end-to-end transition. Please choose the delivery option at checkout.

Only the address you have on file with eBay is where we ship. Before finalising payment, please make sure you specify any specific addresses you need the order to be shipped to in the order confirmation.

Even though we ship quickly, we cannot guarantee a precise day or time for arrival because that is up to Royal Mail, or the delivery service being employed. There have occasionally been delays for various causes, including industrial strikes or transportation failures, which are beyond our control. 

On Sundays and bank holidays, there is no special delivery or courier service available.

If you have any concerns, please get in touch with us right away before posting unjust negative reviews when there is a simple way to fix the issue in your favour through negotiation. Although we are utilising the quickest delivery option available to ensure you receive the things you ordered as soon as possible, occasionally Royal Mail delays occur. It is entirely beyond the vendors' control, so please refrain from leaving negative reviews just because Royal Mail is unable to deliver the item on time.

Return and Refunds
