How to operate:
1. Before feeding in the wire one at a time, please cut off the head of the wire to avoid causing gaps in the blade.
2. On the output side, if the cut on the wire is too deep, please check the following points:
(1) Please adjust the handles on the input side, tighten or loosen them. (M12 handle)
(2) When feeding the wire, please check whether the wire is in the correct position.
(3) Make sure the blade is sharp, if not, polish it with a whetstone.
3. On the output side, if you see that the plastic (PVC) is peeled off, but the copper wire cannot be unraveled, please check the following 4 points:
(1) Polish the upper shaft with a whetstone.
(2) Check whether the spring is loose, if so, tighten it to make it tight.
(3) The diameter of the wire is too small, please adjust the distance between the two axes to about 0.3-0.6mm.
(4) If the wire to be stripped is very hot, the copper wire cannot be stripped.
4. If the wire is stuck in the shaft, check the following points:
(1) If the springs on the pressure roller are too tight, loosen them.
(2) There is too much oil on the cables/wires, please wipe them clean.
5. If you see the blade tilting:
(1) Check whether the central regulator is loose.
(2) Center and adjust the screws on both sides.
