Installation Guide

- Begin by safely lifting your vehicle and securing it on jack stands. Ensure the engine and exhaust components are cool before starting the procedure.
- Locate the old catalytic converter and carefully remove any sensors or mounting hardware. Check the condition of the exhaust system and clean or prepare as necessary.
- Install the new catalytic converter by aligning it with the exhaust system. Ensure all gaskets, bolts, and attachments are securely fastened.
- Reattach any sensors or additional components that were disconnected prior to removal.
- Lower the vehicle and start the engine to check for any leaks or unusual sounds. Conduct a final inspection to ensure proper installation and operation.


Important Notes

- Intended for the following models: fits 1987-1990 Jeep Wrangler L6 4.2L, for 1984-1986 Jeep Cherokee V6 2.8L, fits 1986 Jeep Comanche V6 2.8L.
- This catalytic converter is not universally fitted; verify compatibility with specified OE numbers: 15637, 642420, 10152 before installation.
