In late 1968, the Detroit News printed "posters" of the soon to be World Series Champs Tigers! Each Tiger got a poster printed, then there was a team photo as well. They were highly collected at the time, but because they were of newspaper stock, were torn, destroyed or yellowed very easily. I collected them during the 70s, had them nicely laminated to help with durability, and then had the autographed throughout the 80s and 90s as the players from that famous team did card show appearances. This is the poster of pitcher Jon Warden. Fantastic bold blue sharpie autograph is perfect as seen. Can be framed, or hung on the wall as is. Size is approximately 23.5" x 14.5", basically a standard page from a newspaper. See images.
