Talking Rupert Bear Doll 23" (from England).  About 23" tall and 8" wide.  Light in weight.  I believe he's from the 1980s.  By Tebro, creator of Cuddly Characters.  Washable, Flame Proof, Bradford West York.

Still talks with an English accent (woman's voice)  Says:  "I'm Rupert Bear", "We love rowing on the lake", "Lets go to sleep now", "Can we go out to play?", "Let's go to the park", and "Can we go on a picnic?"

No order in the dialog when you pull the string.  Can repeat the same thing sometimes.

He's very clean for being so old.  The interfacing stiffner came off the scarf, otherwise he's all original.  He's never been played with just stored away.  He's in a standing position.  He doesn't bend for sitting position.
