HISTORY OF OWNERSHIP: HOARDING SITUATION, SOME PACKAGING WILL SHOW STORAGE WEAR AS PHOTOGRAPHED, NO CIGARETTE ODOR, NO PETS AT LOCATION, SLIGHT HUMIDITY ODOR DETECTED ON SOME BOXES, BUT NOT ALL. WE HAVE OPENED AND INSPECTED ALL ITEMS,  AS COLLECTORS ALL KNOW NOT ALL HALLMARK ORNAMENTS HAVE A VACFORM HARD PLASTIC CASE, SOME COME IN BUBBLE WRAP, TO AVOID ANY ISSUES OLDER BUBBLE WRAP HAS BEEN REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH NEW FRESH BUBBLE WRAP. SADLY THIS AVID "HOARDER" COLLECTOR NEVER HAD USE FOR ANY OF THE ITEMS HE PURCHASED AND THEY WERE SIMPLY STORED AWAY UNTIL HE HAD TO BE HOSPITALIZED.
