This is an INCREDIBLY rare version of the Jenny II Mold from artist Dianna Effner's Expression Collection with an even rarer outfit. 

This doll has very unique green eyes and is wearing a wig as pictured.

This was taken care of very well inside of a hospital display case for years and is in remarkable condition for its age.
