1:The blade is designed by external hanging

2.It can work for the thickness meat of
0.1-0.98"/2.5-25mm. This is 3mm blade. If you need other thickness,

When using the machine, the
shield must be installed, if the shield installation is not
good, the machine will stop working. |

Red is the
emergency stop switch, green is the start switch, black is the
protection switch. After power-on, first rotate the red
emergency stop switch once, then press the green pneumatic
switch to work.
When the frozen
meat or meat with bones into the machine, the black protection
switch will automatically pop out, the machine stops working,
the need to re-use the protection switch reset.

Method of Using |
| 1.Connect the
voltage according to the brand with the power which is protected against
electronic leakage. Make sure that the ground wire is good.
2.Turn on the switch, press the start
button and observe whether the direction of the blade is correct or
not.
3.Put the ordinary meat without bones
down slowly. Flake the meat in the first time of cutting, shred the meat
in the second time of cutting and dice the meat in the third time of
cutting. It has the functions of slicing, shredding, dicing and
softening the meat by changing different blades.
4.The changing of blade: disconnect the
power first, then open the cover, remove the screw, press the spring and
pull the handle out finally.

How
to Clean and Maintain |
|
Pull the water to the
entrance of the cover to flush the blade, or remove the blades set, put
them down in the water to clean.
Remove the blades, put it directly to the fridge bottle whose
temperature is under 0. wheel gear and oil tank should be applied of oil
on time. The blunt blades should be fixed by grinding wheel.

Attention |
| Do not process hard fruit, meat with
bones, or frozen meat, as this may damage the blade, get the machine
stuck, and shorten its life.
