The bidirectional adjustable mobile crane
boom is an attachment for cranes, forklifts, hoists and other lifting
equipment, and is used for lifting and hoisting various goods in the
transverse and longitudinal directions to adapt to different working
environments and meet different lifting requirements. The boom is made
of high-quality carbon steel and subjected to the seamless welding,
corner burr polishing treatment and surface rust removal phosphating
powder spraying treatment, thereby having a reasonable structure, high
strength, large load capacity, long service life and rust resistance.
The maximum length of the crane boom can be 12.1ft (3.7m) after the
crane boom is stretched in the transverse direction, and the crane boom
has the load capacity of 6600LBS. |

Telescopic Boom Design
The bidirectional telescopic boom is made with high-strength
carbon steel materials, so the boom has the load capacity of 3T
and caters to different lifting requirements. The inner boom can
be stretched freely and smoothly in the transverse direction to
hoist two kinds of goods through the lifting hooks on the two
sides in a balanced state. The total length of the whole boom
can be 6.89ft in the longitudinally retracted state and 12.1ft
in the transversely stretched state, so that the adjustable
telescopic boom has a wider application range and higher
adaptability, and the space utilization rate can be improved.

Lifting Hook Design
The lifting hooks at the two ends are manufactured with
high-quality materials and subjected to quenching treatment so
that the lifting hooks can bear the 3T load to the maximum
extent. The lifting hooks can be used cooperatively or
independently and be combined with steel wire ropes, chains and
other lifting tools to flexibly lift different goods in
different shapes. The lifting hook at the fixed boom body can be
conveniently installed in different hooks to lift the goods with
different weights, so the practicability is well improved. The
lifting hooks are simple in structure, low in maintenance cost
and high in safety.

Stable Base Design
The stable base is of a double-layer fork opening structure, is
subjected to seamless welding and allows the crane forks to be
inserted in the transverse and longitudinal directions to stably
support the boom at any time. Two fork openings with the size of
6.3"x2.56" are designed in each layer, and forks of the crane
can be easily inserted into the fork openings of the base to
achieve bidirectional usage of the crane boom, so the stability
and compatibility are higher.

Fixing Assembly Design
A safety chain is designed for the base to enhance the stability
and prevent the boom from falling off, can be firmly fixed with
the chain fastener after winding around the mobile crane, and
can be stored in the small box when it is not used, so the
safety is further enhanced while the operation is easy and
convenient. The fixing part on the top of the boom can firmly
fix the stretched boom body through the corresponding hole,
thereby ensuring the stretched boom body is stable and not prone
to moving and greatly improving the operating safety during
operation.

Returns & Exchanges
